What is this Application?
Untitled: TMI has opened applications to our Summer 2026 two-week theatre intensive. Registration is filtered through an initial Application due to the expectancy of a large amount of applicants. To clarify, anyone aged rising 9th grade through graduated high school senior (at the end of the 2025-2026 school year) can sign up on the application form at any time between January 31st and February 22nd. After February 23rd, we will begin selecting individuals who applied to officially Register for the full intensive as well as informing those not currently chosen that they remain on the waitlist. Another point we’d like to clarify: your application is for your participation in Untitled and will NOT be used to cast roles in the show.
The application consists of submitting a resume, self tape singing audition, and answering some open-ended questions. Please be sure to put your best foot forward and full effort in all parts of your application.
Price Information
Untitled is $450 total for each participant, paid in installments.
$100 initial deposit due when registering (NO payment expected when applying! A student’s deposit is due upon completing the registration process once they are selected. This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE.)
$150 due by March 27th
*$200 due by May 1st
If for any reason a registered student drops out of Untitled, a refund of any installment amounts paid (other than the non-refundable deposit) will be available until May 1st, the due date for the second installment. No refunds will be available after this date. The initial deposit is not refundable at any time following registration. The payments will cover everything included in our Untitled experience including auditions, the two week intensive experience, and participation in performances. Any students who have not paid their installments by the due dates will be at risk of losing their spot in Untitled.
*A $50 sibling discount will be applied to additional sign ups after the first child is registered, if applicable. The discount is taken off at the final installment payment of $200, making it $150.
WHat is needed in your application
Basic student & parent/guardian info (name, age, contact info, etc.)
Theatrical resume or written experience of theatre/performance experience (no worries if you do not have a resume; we have a text box you can write in!)
A few written response questions. This is one of the most important parts of the application, as we want to prioritize accepting students who are motivated and will bring their best as they will benefit the most from Untitled. Our mission is to help you grow as a performer and an individual, and your answers will help us evaluate our ability to work with you to accomplish that. Do your best to give thoughtful responses that will help us get to know you!
Self tape submission: A self-tape is an audition video that an actor records and films themselves. We are asking students to submit approximately 45 seconds to one-minute of a musical theatre song of their choosing from a musical- whatever they feel showcases themselves best as a performer. This is NOT their audition for a role in The Spongebob Musical, so please do not choose a Spongebob song. We want to see their starting place and current abilities, so please do not sing a song from Once Upon a Mattress since we will ask you to sing a song from the show for your audition in May, if selected. The video may be submitted to the form by uploading as an unlisted video to YouTube and pasting the link or by uploading to Google Drive and sharing the link to the form as well. Please be sure to directly share the Google Drive link with our email (theatremusicalintensive@gmail.com) in order for the Google Drive link sharing to work, should you choose that method.
Parent/guardian approval and signature. We know a lot of high schoolers have taken the initiative to sign themselves up for Untitled, which is excellent, but we want to be sure that your parent or guardian is still a part of this process, so please have them fill out this form with you!
Any questions?
Please email us or submit questions through the Contact page on our website if you need anything during the application or registration process. We hope to have you apply to be a part of Untitled this summer!
